This Agreement governs the terms by which you may obtain the rights to use photography for illustration from PictureNet http://picturenet.co.za
By continuing you agree that you have read all the documentation provided in the links below.
All images are copyright protected and by access to our images you are bound by our terms and conditions this means you wont store archive or syndicate any of our images you'll pay us for requested license in 30days from date of invoice and you wont use images in inflammatory or defamatory way or out of context and if you're unclear of any of your rights you'll ask us.

By selecting continuing, you are hereby accepting either for yourself or on behalf of your employer or the entity that is identified as the member account holder and agree to be bound by it's provisions. You warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind yourself and/or employer or such other entity. If you do not have such authority or you do not accept, agree or understand these terms do not accept the agreement and do not download proceed.
Note our accounting system works as follows:
- cut off date 20th or closest working day thereafter
- auto-generated mail will advise you of a preview of your current invoice available
- login to website click link to accounts
- your last option to ensure that all is correct for your and your accounts department are happy
- at month end final invoice is processed and no cancellations are possible without hectic admin fees
- Final invoice can be mailed to you as a PDF, printed out directly from our website or sent via snail mail but excuse that never received hardcopy snailmail is no longer a valid option (this is a digital business you've subscribed to) although hard copy is sent out via postal services.
